Batman: Rise of Sin Tzu is a 2003 beat 'em up video game released for the PlayStation 2, Nintendo GameCube, GameBoy Advance, and Xbox consoles. It was developed and published by Ubisoft in conjunction with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Comics. It is based on DC Comics' character Batman and the television series The New Batman Adventures.
Gameplay:
The bulk of the game has the player battling groups of enemies in the style of games like Battletoads and Double Dragon. The story mode, which forms the bulk of the game, can be played either alone or co-operatively, and rewards players for completing levels not only by continuing the story, but also with an upgrades system. This allows players to purchase new moves for their character and other game bonuses.There is also a challenge mode in which players (either cooperatively or competitively) take on groups of thugs without a storyline.
The game is played under a very strict time limit, which can be too difficult for first time players even under the 'normal' difficulty setting. The action is fairly hectic, and even when playing cooperatively, players are usually outnumbered by the number of enemies on screen. The Dark Knight's videogame career has done little to broaden his popularity. While his 2001 debut on current generation systems was enjoyable in Ubisoft's Batman Vengeance (based on the animated series), his career was soon tarnished by Kemco's painful take on the Batman license. Batman: Dark Tomorrow, based on the dark and gritty Gotham City from DC comics, failed to stray from the gutter. Botched controls, horrid camera system, and generally bad -- it was indeed a Dark Tomorrow for Batman. After much rehabilitation and steady counseling, Ubisoft has finally convinced B.

Step 3: Put Bios Folder in "C:\Users\NAME\Documents\pcsx2"
Step 4: Configure emulator. (Download "Config Manuals and Settings").
Step 5: Select Game ISO (CDVD --> Iso Selector --> Browse...).
Step 6: Navigate to "System --> Boot CDVD (fast)"
Step 7: Press F4 if you are getting more than 60 Frames per second.
Step 8: Press ALT+ENTER to switch to Full Screen.
Step 9: Play & Enjoy.
